As the weather cools down and people start to plan their winter ski trips, we want to remind everyone to be mindful of the injuries that can occur with this fun sport. Knee injuries and shoulder injuries are the most common. Just make sure you take some lessons if you’re a beginner, and always stay on the marked ski trails. Have fun and be safe!
