South Carolina Sports Medicine / Dr. Lansford is the best Orthopedic Surgeon in my opinion in the country. I broke my neck back in 2014 and had to have a plate and screws implanted into my neck. He did an amazing job. I didn't loose any range of motion after Surgery. It took me approximately 9 months to heal and he was with me the entire time. The most caring and Gentle Doctor i've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dr. Lansford added good quality years to my life. Thanks Doctor.

Visting Dr. Pappas was great experience. He and everyone I interacted with at his office were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I was seen today by Dr. Dalton and his PA-C Lamar Hood. Mr. Hood came in before Dr. Dalton and examined my right knee. He was very friendly and funny! He explained my X-RAY to where I understood it and took his time to do a exam and let me know specifically what he was doing so I would be prepared. He was very thoughtful when i asked if I could get a cortisone shot which I've never had before and he accommodated everything that we thought could help until I get the M.R.I! So a huge shout out to Mr. Hood!!!!

The office staff are very pleasant. There was very little wait time. The doctor was caring and professional. I was very happy with my first visit!

I think Dr. Landsford is wonderful! He's genuinely caring, compassionate, and kind. He really listens to you and asks for you input when devising your treatment plan. He is also very conservative and tries to avoid performing surgery if at all possible.

Dr. Hambright and the staff are nothing short of amazing, outstanding. The level of expertise and care is 2nd to none. I have had both knees replaced in the past year and it couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. This is THE PLACE to go to get your life on track. 3 months after the 2nd knee I walked the East Cooper Bridge 10K and biking 22 miles. Thanks to Dr. Hambright and the team.
