To make quality care available to as many of our patients as possible, we accept most of the area’s major insurance providers. This list includes:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Work Comp
• Aetna
• Tricare
• Cigna
• United
• Humana (except Department of Labor)

We accept both Medicare and Medicaid, but we only see Medicaid patients from the Emergency Room on call.

Payment is required at the time of the procedure, with copays due at check-in. If you have a high deductible plan, you’re responsible for payment until the deductible is met.

We accept cash, Master Card, and Visa.

We can create a 3-6 month payment plan dependant on the cost of the procedure.
