Carpal Tunnel

Carpal Tunnel

Patient’s often find themselves having numbness or aching in their hands and fingers. Sometimes they notice that they have to shake their hands awake when driving, or that they wake up at night with numbness or tingling in their hands. Sometimes they find that their hands are weak and that they are dropping objects. We can evaluate and provide treatment based on symptom severity.

Mild symptoms can often be helped with a brace, and other times an injection. More severe symptoms can be helped with surgery. Our providers are fellowship-trained in minimally invasive techniques. Significant relief of symptoms is obtained routinely, with patients experiencing lifelong improvement.

Trigger Finger or Trigger Thumb

Trigger Finger

Patients frequently find themselves having locking or catching in their fingers or thumb. Sometimes they notice they wake up in the morning and that their digit is stuck and locked. This is common and can often be helped with non-surgical management. We can evaluate and provide treatment based on symptom severity.

Mild symptoms can often be helped with an injection. More severe symptoms can be helped with a surgical release. Significant quality of life improvement is obtained routinely, and patients’ digits no longer lock or catch.

Thumb Arthritis and Thumb Base Pain

Thumb Arthritis

Patient’s frequently find themselves having pain at the base of their thumb with carrying objects, opening jars, and with routine activities. Sometimes they notice bony prominence at the base of the thumb and swelling. This is very common and can often be improved with non-surgical management. We can evaluate and provide treatment based on symptom severity.

Mild symptoms can often be helped with specific bracing and medication, and they can potentially be treated with an injection. More severe symptoms can be improved with surgical techniques. Significant quality of life improvement is obtained routinely.

Wrist Fractures

Both children and adults alike frequently find themselves with a broken wrist after a fall. We can evaluate and provide you with the treatment to help you heal appropriately. We provide fracture care for children and adults.

Often, successful recovery can be obtained through splinting or casting. Certain fractures are best treated with surgical techniques, which our providers are specialized at performing. Significant quality of life improvement is obtained routinely.
